If you have a contract to receive cleaning services consecutively you must give a 48 hour notice to cancel for the following visit. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance you must pay 25% of the payment for that day after canceling. Unless an unforeseeable emergency occurs with proof. If it is a complete contract cancellation you must put in writing your name, address, phone number and the date services would end with your signature. You must give a 14 day notice before ending your services.
If you are experiencing Payment issues you must discuss with cleaner before services start that day or you will be required to pay the full amount for that day.
A 25% deposit for the first cleaning must be made at the time you set up your cleaning schedule. The deposit goes towards your first cleaning.
If commercial place of cleaning continues to get worse/out of control rates may raise with a 10 days notice.
If we choose to work together I will not allow hate speech or violence towards myself or employees. We will leave and require full payment for that day and terminate services with said company.
If I need to cancel within 48 hours of your cleaning your next cleaning will be discounted by 15%.
